What we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus verification files required by regulation. Also collected: trade and settlement records, technical logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: contract fulfilment, legal duty, plus legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, clearing trades, meeting compliance, fighting fraud, platform security, and opt-in product updates with easy opt-out.
Who sees data. Data reaches only operational providers (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for the account life plus statutory windows (commonly five to seven years for trades). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Rights. Viewing, correction, export, deletion and objection rights can be exercised through [email protected]. Replies respect statutory timelines.
